Limited Warranty

This warranty extends only to the original owner for personal household use. For commercial use, additional limitations may apply. Loxley Rowe warrants your satisfaction with each product. Should any product not meet your expectations due to a visual defect, simply return it to your retailer with the original packaging, prior to installation, for a replacement.

Please note that Loxley Rowe is not responsible for installation or removal costs. Modification of any product’s components may void the warranty. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation or operation by the purchaser. The warranty is void if the Loxley Rowe product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized parties.

This warranty does not extend to any components installed by dealers, installers, or any party other than Loxley Rowe. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Loxley Rowe disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Furniture
Loxley Rowe warrants all furniture to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Lighting
Loxley Rowe warrants all lighting products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Vanity
Loxley Rowe warrants all vanities to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.
